How we handle information when you use this site.

Effective October 6, 2026.

Who we are

This statement covers haldeman.co, which HALDEMAN (“we” or “us”) operates. It explains what information we collect through the site, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the AI assistant or contact us, you may give us your name, work email, company, role, scheduling preferences, and whatever you choose to tell us about your needs.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics providers receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, approximate location, and the pages you view.

How we use information

We use information to respond to you and schedule conversations, to provide and improve our services and the site, to communicate with you about your inquiry and our services, to keep the site secure, and to comply with the law.

The AI assistant

Albert, the assistant on this site, is an automated AI system run by a third-party provider, which processes your messages to write its replies. If you use the microphone, your browser turns your speech into text and may use its own provider’s speech service to do so. Please don’t share confidential or sensitive information in the chat.

How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as hosting, analytics, scheduling, email, and AI services, for those purposes only. We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.

We do not sell personal information.

Analytics, cookies, and Do Not Track

We use analytics to understand how visitors use the site; these services may collect the technical information described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common standard for them, the site does not respond to these signals. We do not allow third parties to use the site to track your activity across other websites.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this statement, including keeping business records and meeting legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop sending you marketing communications at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under applicable law.

Children

The site is meant for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States. Information we collect is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers operate.

Links to other sites

The site links to websites we do not control, such as the sources cited in our Notes. Their privacy practices are their own.

Changes to this statement

We may update this statement from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and when a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
