Services

Turn your AI investment into returns.

Three services, one framework. Your leaders learn to lead with AI, we read where your investments really stand, and we build the plan your team runs.

01 · AI training

Your leaders go first.

Monday Morning AI is a three-hour working session for your leadership team. Each leader leaves with AI working in three moments of their own week, and the team leaves with its first decisions made.

  • Three skills per leader. One each for reporting, research, and a hard message, built for a real moment in that leader’s week and tested twice.
  • A one-page decision record. Who owns each governance question, the interim rule from Monday, the first workflow to redesign with a 60-day target, and who each leader coaches first.
  • A coaching plan per leader. Who they coach first, on what work, and when.
  • Ninety days of follow-through. Working reviews at days 14, 30, and 60, and a day-90 review that ends in a one-page status for the board.
  • For a leadership team of 6 to 20
  • Hands-on in the AI your company already licenses
  • Practice on a fictional company’s files, so nothing confidential goes in until your rules are set

02 · AI maturity

Find the move that unlocks the rest.

We read how your teams really use each AI investment, and how ready your organization and people are. Every finding is graded against its evidence, and the result is three to five insights your owners decide on.

  • A score out of 100. People, process, and technology, with the binding constraint printed beside it, and a market reference for comparison.
  • Three to five insights. Each names its evidence, what it means for your goal, the next move, an owner, a date, and how you’ll know it worked.
  • Team by team, and person by person if you choose. Patterns show for teams of five or more, and each person sees only their own results.
  • A scorecard you own. Your steward runs it in your own forums, and every 90 days we verify progress against the evidence.
  • Your leaders rate themselves before we grade
  • Function leads can challenge any finding with evidence before it’s final

03 · AI roadmap

A plan your team can run.

We build the plan from every AI investment you own and the work it should change, starting from a graded read of where you stand. Ninety days are committed, with owners, dates, and gates.

  • The first move. Chosen by your binding constraint, one step up from where you are.
  • Two to five work chains. Mapped before and after AI, and changed as whole chains, never single tasks.
  • A 90-day plan with gates. Every wave ends at a gate set in advance, where you stop, pivot, or accelerate.
  • A scorecard in three parts. Access, changed work, and result. Every cash figure is yours, and a number nobody can price reads unpriced.
  • Re-read at days 30, 60, and 90
  • Months 6 to 24 shown as a planning scenario, never a forecast

The AI Decision Review

The read and the plan, from one set of evidence.

Each service stands on its own. Together, maturity and roadmap form the AI Decision Review, our core engagement: one set of evidence, where the first insight’s move opens the plan. Training can come first, run on its own, or follow where the evidence shows a skill gap.
